Automatic Recurring Billing & Free Trials
MN Ice recurring memberships (Monthly Standard, Yearly Standard, Equity/Access, and Competition-Only) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. If you enroll in a monthly membership with a 14-day free trial ($0.00 due at checkout), your membership converts to a paid monthly subscription on Day 15 unless canceled prior. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your trial ends or an annual plan renews.
2-Click Self-Service Cancellation
You can cancel your membership, switch plans, update your payment method, or download receipts anytime in two clicks via the Manage Billing & Membership link in our navigation menu. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period (or immediately during a free trial), with no cancellation fees or questions asked.
Member Data Privacy & Updates
Personal contact details, emergency contacts, and optional demographic responses are stored securely in restricted-access club records for safety, club administration, and aggregate 501(c)(3) grant reporting. We never sell or share your personal data. Update your profile, re-sign a waiver, or request data deletion anytime at mniceswimclub.com/update-info or by emailing swim@mniceswimclub.com.
