Our practices integrate all four competitive strokes, in addition to kick, pull, and drill sets. We welcome swimmers of all abilities, and swimmers are encouraged to ask our coaches for help.

Phillips Community Center
1:30pm - 2:30pm

Our Sunday practices are coached in partnership with Twin Cities Aquatics Cooperative (TAC), who also run an adult, learn-to-swim program in Lane 1. Minnesota Ice members and TAC members are combined during this practice.

*Note: while the practice is combined with TAC, which has its own payment/donation structure for practice, as a MN Ice member, your membership fee covers this practice.

Starting August 4th, TAC and MN Ice will no longer be combining practices. TAC will continue to run Sunday practice, and any interested MN Ice swimmer is welcome to continue to swim at their practice. Please consider an at-will donation if you practice with them - and if not, the practice is still free of charge.

Wednesday practices are solely for Minnesota Ice members!

We hope to add practices as the team grows. The only way to grow is to tell your friends to join!
