PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Our practices integrate all four competitive strokes, in addition to kick, pull, and drill sets. We welcome swimmers of all abilities, and swimmers are encouraged to ask our coaches for help.

Mondays 7:00pm - 8:15pm
Wednesdays 7:00pm - 8:15pm

*NOTE: Monday, June 23 and Wednesday, June 25 practices are 8:30-9:30PM*

We hope to add practices as the team grows. The only way to grow is to tell your friends to join!
